PT-141(Bremelanotide) is an analogue of α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH). Bremelanotide activates the mPOA and other hypothalamic and limbic regions of the brain involved in sexual behavior.

    Product arrived in an insulated bag and looks exactly as shown. Tip face downward and point tip towards corresponding ear (right and right, left and left). I did 3 per side as said in other review. I think I may need a bit more to gain full effect. Think there was some positive effect the first time use such as heightened sensation, and increased firmness, but not so much on the second time use of the same amount. With some more trial, this will be an amazing peptide for me!

    Took a while to figure out the right amount but 6 sprays (3 per side) has been effective. I find it best to rinse you sinuses with saline spray and completely clear your nasal passages before. Experienced some facial flushing. E quality was unbelievable, had an amazing weekend! Took 2-3 hours to kick in, lasted noticeably into the 3rd day.

    This is a very effective product for ED. I would say that if your symptoms were mild, this might be the way to go (vs the injection). Takes 1-2 hours to kick in so prepare accordingly :)
